Manufacturing Academy

The "Manufacturing Academy" located in the Mudanya factory trains managers from within the Group.

Türk Prysmian Kablo implemented the "Manufacturing Academy" with its advanced technology applications, the first and only R&D Center of the Turkish cable industry approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, its experienced team and its high level of knowledge. "Prysmian Group Manufacturing Academy" was brought to life by Prysmian Group under the leadership of Mudanya's experienced factory director Halil Kongur thanks to the creative minds, the hard work of the Turkish people and the successes of Mudanya factory.

It is aimed to train the future production managers and factory directors of the Prysmian Group with the training programs organized in the Manufacturing Academy for the employees of the Prysmian Group from many different points around the world.

The trainings given by the global and local experts of Prysmian Group and Türk Prysmian Kablo, who have knowledge and experience in various subjects, are collected under three main headings: Production Principles, Advanced Production and Excellence in Production.

In this context, the "Principles of Production" training program for engineers with 1 to 3 years of cable experience, "Advanced Production" training program for middle management staff with 3-8 years of experience, and for middle management staff with more than 8 years of experience "Excellence in Production" training program are organized.

While participants from various countries of the world participate in the first week of these trainings together, they are divided into three groups after the starting week and have the opportunity to receive on-the-job training in the following two weeks. With these trainings, it is aimed to develop the group's perspective on production, knowledge, culture and terminology by creating a community of strong experts who can share and implement best internal practices. 

While Türk Prysmian Kablo stands out within the Prysmian Group with its approaches within the scope of these training programs, it continues to invest in the Turkish cable sector.
