“Sector Leader” award for the 7th time from Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry to Türk Prysmian Kablo

"Those Who Add Value to the Economy Awards", organized for the 48th time by Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO), were presented to the winners at the ceremony held with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

For the awards given in four different categories, Türk Prysmian Kablo became the leader of the cable industry in the "Sector Leaders" category.

Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) announced the "Those Who Add Value to the Economy Awards", awarded in the categories of "Corporate Tax", "Income Tax", "Export", and "Sector Leaders", to the companies and entrepreneurs who add the most value to the economy of Bursa and the national economy.

During the 48th ceremony held this year with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Türk Prysmian Kablo, the Turkish operation of Prysmian Group that is the worldwide leader in the energy and telecommunication cables industry, was selected as the leading company of the cable industry in the "Sector Leaders" category. With this award, Türk Prysmian Kablo was selected as the leader of the cable industry for the 7th time.

Solution partner of Türkiye's giant projects

Innovative cables from Mudanya to all of Türkiye

Underlining that Türk Prysmian Kablo attaches importance to infrastructure and technology investments in order to offer sustainable and innovative solutions to the sector, Ülkü Özcan said: “Our R&D Center located in Mudanya leads the Turkish cable industry with its comprehensive infrastructure and activities in the sector. While contributing to economic growth and employment in the Mudanya region where we operate, we also support different corporate social responsibility projects that create positive value. Today, our factory in Mudanya can produce 22 thousand different cables. All energy cables up to 220 kV, communication cables with copper conductors up to 3,600 pairs, fiber optic cables, and special cables used in industrial applications bear the signature of Türk Prysmian Kablo.”
