Türk Prysmian Kablo is contributing to the economy

Turkish cable sector’s pioneer company Türk Prysmian Kablo has received “Leader of the Sector” award in 46th “Contributors to the Economy-2019 Award Ceremony” organized by Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO), on 6th of December, Friday.

Türk Prysmian Kablo, Turkey operation of Prysmian Group, worldwide leading company in energy and telecommunication cables industry, received 1st place in “Leaders of the Sector” category in “Contributors to the Economy-2019 Award Ceremony” organized by Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) Türk Prysmian Kablo has shined out amongst the “Heroes of the Economy” that contribute the growth of Bursa.

“We are contributing to Turkey’s domestic production potential”

CEO of Türk Prysmian Kablo, which is the leader in the sector with the contributions to Bursa and the economy in 2019 as well, Cinzia Farisè stated that they are proud of both awards and added  “In line with our mission of ‘Linking Turkey to the Future’, we are quite pleased to contribute to Turkish economy, Turkey’s domestic and value-added production potential as well as Bursa, where our production facilities located. We continue to invest in the development of Turkish cable industry with our training programs about our sector and our works on new generation product and system development. As being the company in Turkish Cable sector that “spends the most on R&D”, the fact that our works that contribute the development of various sectors, not just cable sector have crowned gives us motive on to do better.”

Along with the “Leader of the Sector” award, Türk Prysmian Kablo also became 10th in “Corporate Tax” category. The awards are received by CEO Cinzia Farisè and Chairman of the Board & Factory Director Halil Kongur. Türk Prysmian Kablo, which has been operating in Mudanya, Bursa where the factory is located since 1964, is making many investments to increase both its technologies and capacity. With its expert and experienced team, the company stands out in Turkish cable sector with its “firsts” it has realized, with the projects it has signed and the achievements it has achieved in this direction.
