Türk Prysmian Kablo's Customer Satisfaction Is Certified
Türk Prysmian Kablo, the pioneer company of the Turkish cable industry, added a new one to its management system certificates within the scope of its sustainability studies. The company completed the audits successfully and was awarded the ISO 10002: 2014 Customer Satisfaction Certificate.
Türk Prysmian Kablo, Turkish operation of worldwide leading company in energy and telecommunications cables industry Prysmian Group, having successfully completed the audits conducted by SGS Turkey, was awarded ISO 10002: 2014 Customer Satisfaction Certificate. At the beginning of 2019, Türk Prysmian Kablo obtained the ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standard certificate and became the first company in the Turkish cable industry and Prysmian Group to receive this certificate.

Türk Prysmian Kablo’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance Manager Senem Tanju, who managed the process of obtaining ISO 10002: 2014 Customer Satisfaction Certificate said “As Türk Prysmian Kablo, sustainability is at the core of our efforts.
